Here’s how renting a bounce house from Roo Jumps typically works.  We’re here for you if you have any questions and feel free to check out our Frequently Asked Questions for answers to the common, and not so common, questions we receive.

  • Select Your Inflatable(s)

    Pick the perfect inflatable(s) or package for your event. If you’re unsure, have questions, or need suggestions, feel free to call or email and we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Place Your Order Online

    We sell out quickly during the busy season. We recommend reserving your inflatable(s) at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event.  Standard Rentals are up to 6 hours. Longer rentals have a small fee.

    If need something unique or have a large event? No Problem.  You can build out your quote and submit it right to us when you checkout.  It’ll be sent to us to review together.  Or, feel free to give us a call, we’re happy to put together a custom quote.

    Please ensure:

    • A standard 110 (20 amp) household outlet is needed less than 100 feet for each inflatable. If not, we can provide a generator for a small fee.
    • If you have stairs, small gate, or a tiered backyard please call our office so we can discuss setup options.
    • Ensure there are no underground irrigation pipes or other utilities. If you are unsure, please contact all local utility companies by calling and scheduling a locate prior to the event.  http://call811.com/  Our stakes are 18 – 24 inches long.
  • 24-48 Hours Before Event

    24-48 hours before your event, we’ll call and confirm the delivery window, location, unit(s), and answer any final questions you may have.

    Please ensure:

    • If you’re getting a unit with water, you must provide the Garden Hose and Water Source and must have those readily available during our Delivery/Setup.
    • That there is a clear path from the street all the way to your set up area.
    • The setup area is clear of any rocks, stickers, sharp objects and doggie bombs.

    Delivery Window: We will always be set up and be gone before the start of your event.  Due to the high volume of deliveries we have on any given day, may need to set up 2-3 hours prior to the start of your event. Think of us as delivering furniture, not pizza. Meaning, we have a route and can’t guaranty specific times but work within the 2-3 hour window. This will not affect your billing and you get more time with the unit(s)!

  • Communications

    You will receive a couple automated reminders from us before your event (rental agreement, payment, and custom information specific to your event).

    Have Changes? If you need to modify your reservation, cancel, or have questions, give us a call or email us and we’ll take care of you. When you reserve items for your event, it takes it out of our inventory for others to rent. We also pre-stage your items, schedule routing of our drivers for your day, and have a number of pre-event activities to complete when your reservation is made. As such, if you cancel for any reason, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost).

  • Delivery Team Arrives

    Our delivery team will arrive as discussed and help you find the perfect spot to setup. These guys are experts and know how to setup the inflatables to ensure the best and safest (safety is our #1 priority and we will not compromise on safety for any event, that’s our commitment to you) experience.  During setup they’ll cover safety again and answer any questions you may have.

  • Pickup

    At the scheduled pickup time our team will show back up, deflate, and remove the equipment.  We very much respect your reservation time and will not stop the event early unless there is inclement weather or excessive safety issues are observed when we arrive (very rarely happens).

  • Follow-up

    We obsess about customer service and we want to be nothing short of exceptional for your event.  You’ll likely receive a follow-up email or phone call from someone on our team asking out how things went.
